The Tuffking Carbon safety trainer is designed with carbon-reduction manufacturing techniques, making it one of our most sustainable products yet. Over 60% of the upper is crafted from recycled materials (rPET), repurposing the equivalent of eight plastic water bottles. The advanced TUFF-TEX® material, a specialised coated polyester, delivers 10x more flexibility repetitions than traditional Cordura trainers.
This completely metal-free safety shoe features a fibreglass toe cap and Kevlar midsole, ensuring lightweight yet durable protection. The triple-cushioned, anti-fatigue footbed, made from 100% recycled polyurethane, absorbs impact to reduce strain on joints.
