IAN MITCHELL
An experienced CEO and industry expert, Ian spent 20 years building Bristol Uniforms, a manufacturing and service business operating in the global safety sector before a successful trade sale and exit. Ian and his team at Bristol Uniforms were responsible for the international strategy, which established a vast distributor network globally. He has since advised and mentored several companies ranging from high-end interior design to a mortgage broker and now acts as non Executive Chairman and Consultant to four businesses.
JOHN ATKINSON
Starting his career with JCB in 1976, John dedicated 42 years to the organization and played a pivotal role in the international development. Having a deep knowledge and passion for the brand and its values around the world, he was then asked to set up a new company in JCB to licence the iconic brand and in-spite of doubts in many quarters, the company became very successful, promoting and supporting the core brand through its licencing programme to include power and hand tools, batteries, toys, die cast models. His thorough knowledge of the industrial footwear and PPE helped generate over $120 million in licensed products world-wide.

Julian has over 25 years top management experience, predominantly in leadership roles; consultatively selling both service solutions and technical products in B2B multi-channel sectors with an exemplary record of building successful teams in challenging markets. Experienced in bid management, manufacturing, distribution, project management, business development, pipeline qualification, operations management, purchasing, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, new product design & innovation, digital marketing, graphic design, packaging design, brand, private label, acquisitions, change management, business transformation, financial planning, account management and forecasting.
RYAN DHINDSA
Assuming the role as Managing Director in March 2020, at the onset of the global pandemic, Ryan has guided the company through its most difficult period since the second World War. Inspired by the organization’s 170 year history, he refined the approach to focus resources toward the emergency service and military sectors. A dynamic and visionary leader, he is driven by a passion to protect, which is exemplified by the extensive research and development of new products developed by Tuffking throughout his tenure. Determined to push the boundaries of the industry in order to improve wearer safety, his team continues to disrupt the status quo through the innovation of new patented technologies and improved ergonomic safety features. A member of four international standards committees, he has consulted governments in more than 20 countries to implement safer solutions for an increasingly diverse workforce.
